The subject fascinates me and over the past 6 years I done as much reading as I can about how exactly a new spirit arrives in their human form. As it had been learned through during teaching of Ayurveda. Most of the writing about this process, comes from the belief that souls come to Earth more than once.Yes, the soul can be near parents before conception—and sometimes years before. I know that as I’ve grown and changed, my own beliefs have moved in this direction. For those of you who hold different beliefs, I’m not at all asking to change, but rather I invite to come with me as explore the ideas that are currently circulating on our planet about how a soul comes to Earth.GRBH SANSKAR is one, a service that itself explains how a soul comes to the earth and how it’s journey becomes more comfortable during this process.It’s a process of incarnation someone in this holy journey.
One of the most important aspects of GARBH SANSKAR is to practice of my work with spirit babies. Chants, Meditation, and Mantras are most important during the process of Garbh Sanskar. It will bring you on holistic path of spiritual pregnancy.
I clearly remember the moment I first encountered loving kindness meditation.Years later when I became pregnant with my daughter I adapted the wording and began practicing this form of meditation to connect with her. It worked beautifully.I felt my heart open and so many warm, soft and peaceful feelings of love followed through me.And so I began teaching it in my prenatal yoga classes.
I’m a big believer in the benefits of relaxation, before during pregnancy and for the rest of life too. Lots of things in our modern lives can easily cause us stress and the more relaxation we can include in our daily lives the better we are in both body and soul. I think that the important part of the study of GARBH SANSKAR IS the commitment on the part of the women to set aside time each day to simply listen to soothing music. It’s that commitment actually schedule relaxation into your life.
How you relax doesn’t really matter. You can meditation, listen to relaxation cd, listen to music or just simply lay down for a bit. The key is that it happens.So one of my resolutions in GARBH SANSKAR this year is be make time every second day for relaxation during pregnancy.Pregnancy is a unique and stressful period for many expectant mothers and they suffer anxiety and depression because of the long time period involved. As i say repeatedly in every blog of mine that music may reduce the stress , anxiety , and depression that many pregnant women experienced in pregnancy.
In my work I see people all the time whose feelings were not respected when they were children. For many people, childhood was a time of betrayal, when one or both parents were out of control to some degree, raining down terror out of their own addictions, deep unhappiness, or ignorance – even when they loved each other. Though this is a chilling image, but it shows that the consequences of unconscious parenting can reverberate throughout your pregnancy.So all these ignorance may affects on her pregnancy, remember it.And they also don’t feel the amazing transformational power of our acceptance.
Finding time has become one of the real big issues for many people with both parents working, and with so many more single-parent families.If we look at our family life, and we ask ourselves, “Is this really working for all of us?” I ask everyone:try for being a holistic in your life and see the result.
Your journey started with a seeking to understand an unhappiness you were carrying. This feeling didn’t make sense during your journey of pregnancy; You have to figure out this unhappiness in yourself because with this unhappiness you are making life miserable of your baby along with you.Like more happiness and peace and confidence and less frustration, conflict and unhappiness.These are unconscious negative thoughts that influence the picture of how we see ourselves. They stop us from doing the things that would create peace and happiness in our lives. This was a never ending, and damaging thought pattern for you and your baby.
We use our subconscious mind 95% of the time and it is much more powerful than the conscious mind. Our conscious mind is where new thoughts, ideas and creativity come from, it’s what we use when we learn something new before it gets download. The problem is most of the time our conscious mind is used up in thinking about the future or the past, leaving our subconscious to run the show.This is being on autopilot and is the opposite of being present. We can only be present when our conscious mind is paying attention to the now. If we are not present, than our subconscious is run the show and we do things automatically without thinking.Because of this process just positive thinking doesn’t really get you closer to finding peace and happiness. Since most of us have had many past lives, our etheric bodies are often very dense with records of karma we have made, but nurturing in past and future delves us in the way of unhappiness only. Instead, focus your attention on present and be happy.
Practice prayers and chant mantras to purify the etheric body, this is the best practice to learn your baby holistically, and the transformation of all these give your bay best karmas of his/her life.
