Resposible Factore For Healthy Child

Ayurveda compares conception to the process of farming, just like the health of a crop depends on the quality of soil, seed, proper timing of sowing and water, gets the health of a baby depends on the health of its parents.

For a successful & healthy pregnancy, a couple needs to take care of the following four essential factors
1. Rutu(Ovulation period)
2. Kshetra(Uterus)
3. Ambu(Nutrient fluid from mother)
4. Beeja(Sperm & Ovum)
Also Healthy pregnancy depends on
* Maternal age at the time of conception.
* Health of the Reproductive organs of the female,
* Time of conception,
* Beeja of mother.
* Maternal Diet during pregnancy.
* Beeja (Sperm & Ovum) in conception. Abnormalities of Shukra and Vayu, as well as vitiated Vayu located in the Shukra are also believed to produce congenital anomalies.
The soul undergoes a series of births and deaths depending upon his own good or bad actions. The effects of the actions of the previous life are carried by the soul to his next life, which are the results of good or bad actions. This life and death cycle is achieved instantaneously at the time of the union of Sperm.....male reproductive element and female reproductive element are the carrier of these deeds. Consciousness enters the ovum at the same time of conception , the fertilized ovum is a conscious living tissue. At the time of conception the soul’s past karma imparts all aspects of that past karma into the individual soul which is a tiny expression in the ocean of consciousness.
A great amount of emphasis has been given by the Ayurveda on the diet of the pregnant women, to avoid any effects on the growing fetus.
In Ayurveda diet plays most importnat factor during conception and pregnancy. Due to consumption of diet capable of vitiating all the three Doshas the aggravated tri-doshas produce abnormalities described under all the three Doshas. The soul enters the embryo, along with the eightfold material for creation: mind, intellect, ego, and the five pure elements: space, air, fire, water and earth which serve as forces that protect the development of the embryo. Prakruti is the fundamental principle of ayurveda, it means nature or constitution, the ayurvedic concept of prakruti, is the individual’s genetic makeup expressed in terms of a unique combination of three fundamental principles or doshas: vata, pitta and kapha in a person. Prakruti is creation which means that every human being is a unique creation of the universe. The creation of the universe and the creation of a fetus are the same.
Whatever diet and regimen the pregnant woman adopts, the child will develop the same qualities. Through the belly button the baby’ and the mother’s kundalini are united.
Following factors are resposible the different psychological quality of children (the state of the mental state of the child):
* The mental psychosomatic temperaments of the parents, in which pregnant woman lives and the impressions received by the pregnant woman during pregnancy.
* Influence of one's own previous birth deeds.
* Special mental habits / psychological health in the previous life.
Ayurveda prescribes some set of rules which are very important for every pregnant woman. It contains various details related to nutrition, lifestyle and thought process which women have to follow at the different stages of pregnancy.
